Convio Common Ground already has a rather nice campaign segmentation tool which does this kind of “Show me everyone who is in Campaign A but not in Campaign B” type work quite nicely. There are other tools/add-ons that have helped close this gap as well. I have to be honest and feel a tad smug on this one.

Being the type that doesn't need to be asked twice to be social online, and given that I want to get a handle on what Chatter is really like, I dove in. There are desktop and mobile Chatter tools that probably make this a bit easier. We can make a white-label silo social network right now. There's a big Chatter component to it.

Salesforce was originally just a business-to-business tool. Now Salesforce comes along with their big Social strategy. The opening day keynote was all about the Social Enterprise.
