ROBERT WEINER | THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2009 Creating bookmarks and hyperlinks in Acrobat Pro 5 can still use Acrobat Distiller as a printer to create PDF output, and use Acrobat Pro to edit the output. I’ve tried lots of free PDF creation software and haven’t found one that resolves these problems. Word 2003 and Acrobat Professional 5 aren’t on speaking terms. Instead I’ve found some workarounds.
