About the presenters

Lilli Chiu is an AVP/Senior Risk Consultant for the Risk Services Division in Canada for HUB International. She brings over 20 years of experience in occupational health and safety consulting and commercial insurance risk management. She has an extensive background working in regulatory compliance and safety consulting with a variety of companies in transportation manufacturing, healthcare and construction. She also participates with a team of consultants focused on the healthcare industry specific to senior living and long-term care. She develops a wide range of consulting services in all sectors of business to identify and control workplace hazards and organizational exposures to reduce a client’s overall total cost of risk.

Isaac Monson, MS is a Senior Risk Consultant with HUB International’s Risk Services Division specializing in helping organizations develop Security Risk Management Programs. He has over 15 years of professional experience managing risk in various public and private industry settings including state government, manufacturing, construction, retail, healthcare, and nonprofits.
