I was struck by the language in this spammy blog comment. My first thought was that "boundless" online grant applications meant "endless", which would be horrifying. But maybe they mean "for unlimited amounts of money".

But the language is awkward enough that I hope anyone would think twice before clicking. I got 4 versions of this today. It's not totally lame -- it uses Intuit's logo at the top. All 4 versions had the same sender: Intuit Payroll Services (intuitpayroll@e.payroll.intuit.com). The subjects were: Important QuickBooks Update.

Are there easily understandable reference materials (preferably online, in plain language) to help refresh memories? Do you have policies and procedures governing the use of the database? Have users been trained on those policies and procedures? Is someone in charge of making sure that users actually do what they were trained to do?
