So it’s surprising to me that thus far, Apple has done little to help families organize their iLives. She’s had her iTunes account for years, going back to her first hand-me-down phone which she used as an iPod. Yesterday, I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Apple account security.

I rely on technology to keep my life organized. An iPhone or iPod Touch is too small for her to get much use out of the keyboard with her fine motor challenges. And I know there has to be some great apps out there specifically designed to help young adults like her organize and communicate. She can write with Pages.
