At this moment we have 5 Macs in active use in our home, 2 iPhones and one iPhone without SIM that's essentially an iPod Touch. didn't buy an iPod until its 5th generation. And that means her local newspaper, not The New York Times. I'm not buying an iPad , nor am I buying into the hype about it. Not yet.

The recent NTEN 501 Tech Club event in New York presented a panel on the topic of multi-channel fundraising, and Thomas and Beth both pulled nuggets from the presentation to help nonprofits understand the role of new media in storytelling, and the role of storytelling in our donor and constituent relationship building. Over the course of my trip to New York City this weekend, I realized exactly how valuable my iPhone is. Available at Brave New Code , the WPTouch Mobile Theme and Plugin for WordPress takes your standard WordPress blog and makes it look, feel, and behave as an iPhone application with nice transitions. That’s convenience.
Sort of like the iPod: not the first of its type, but the one that pointed the way forward and ignited the field. It goes pretty fast on the New York Times, but I wonder about being on a plane wishing it had downloaded something already when the wireless needs to be off. It's comfortable to hold and to read.
But, found this interesting example of using this new technology to make art more accessible. Do Audio - Thanks to some inspiration from Lisa Williams , I'm over my audiophobia and relieved to know that I don't have shell out the bucks for Ipod to podcast. Eath is in New York and I'm definitely going to try to connect with her face-to-face. It is hard, but if I don't do it now, I'm afraid I'll loose forever. Questions.
My connecting flight out of New York was delayed by 4 hours! listened to music on my Ipod, including Music for Airports.
