About the presenter

Treena Reilkoff is an ADR practitioner and Certified Resiliency Trainer with experience in trauma informed practices inclusive of promoting strategies and optimizing resiliency.  She brings more than 25 years experience with a professional background that is diverse and includes working in the fields of mental health, behavioural analysis, corrections, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and social work. Treena has served organizations across Canada, including government, correctional facilities, schools, hospitals, sporting and nonprofit organizations as well as working with various Indigenous communities. Treena brings her knowledge and expertise with an anti-oppressive lens and a collaborative approach to assist employers to participate in recognizing and addressing systematic and personal areas of conflicts within their identified organizations/workplace.  Treena is passionate about helping others turn their struggles, conflicts, and adversities into sources of resilient skills and knowledge within their personal and professional environment, that provides them their narrative for their Leadership Legacy.

Treena has a BSW, BA, Executive Certificate in Conflict Management, holds the designations of a Qualified Mediator (ADR Institute of Canada), Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor (CMHA), Workplace Restoration Specialist and Workplace Fairness Analyst. Her background includes a clinical/forensic specialty in Social Work, Behaviour Analysis, Critical Incident Stress Management, EAP and is a Certified Resiliency Trainer/Facilitator. Treena is also a Board member with the ADR Institute of Ontario.
