Each fellow is guided by a personal volunteer, mentor, and a coach, who are professionals in different fields. Oded Segev, System Analyst at NPTech, guided Simi on how to customize Salesforce, but she does the work herself. Long videos are uploaded to Blip.tv, short videos to youTube , and pictures to Flicker.com. CRM .

YouTube is now a platform. What this means is that you can do more embedding YouTube into your site, allowing people to upload video to your YouTube channel from your site and having people leave comments on your site that will end up in your YouTube comments. Yes, you can now watch YouTube on TiVo. It is free.

You might even consider creating an internal team (small one) that can think through as much as possible up front. Who will own the work internally? Write content that guides people to your other web properties such as a volunteer position sign up form, an even registration page, a forum or your online giving form. Strategy.

We worked with Alia when she was at Donordigital on videos with Amnesty International. They watched more than 9 billion videos, 27% of them on Google sites (mostly YouTube).
