Google, take the silly “beta&# off of Gmail already. As the person in my organization who distributes these files, it’s embarrassing. I’m getting a little tired of companies that should know better using the word “beta&# to mean “we’re not responsible.&#. And Adobe, this rant’s for you.

Not being able to organize/sync bookmarks was a bit of a deal breaker. Badge shows the message, making it easy to delete/archive messages without going to full Gmail interface. With Chrome taking less room in RAM, everything seems to run faster. Now, finally, the dev channel of Chrome has extensions and I'm happy to be back.

I rely on technology to keep my life organized. And I know there has to be some great apps out there specifically designed to help young adults like her organize and communicate. This article in Gmail help is seriously lame, Google. We've decided to get her an iPad this summer. She can write with Pages.

My mantra: if it takes longer to keep my tasks organized than it takes to do the tasks, then it's the wrong solution. And I was tired of how often the integration with Gmail stopped working (not RTM's fault that Google keeps their code a moving target, but still). RTM is great. But it's very browser-dependent.

They shouldn’t be read and organized like a standard inbox handles email messages, which is the way most readers treat RSS feeds. Thanks to Fever , a brand new RSS feed reader from web guru Shaun Inman , it’s okay. Here’s the thing that has been driving me crazy for years: Feeds aren’t email.
