I have removed records from databases before that had no financial giving, no actions, no alumni status—no clear reason why they were entered in the first place. Not giving? The Hunger Site started out as a pure click-to-give site (for every click a corporate sponsor makes a set donation), but diversified its fundraising techniques after the last economic downturn.
