To meet people where they already are, we created a Facebook group and wiki site to share information. The Facebook group in particular allowed for immediate interaction, and we saw participants share a range of things from their “thank you” videos for donors to a picture from an in-person Giving Day event, that helped thank people who gave.

  It included two excellent case studies and social media metrics- one on ASPCA and the other Georgia Tech. A key takeaway for me was a content or pattern analysis of what consumers were saying about Georgia Tech on Facebook - it was an analysis of over 4,500 mentions.   KD Paine's presentation rocked!
