If you're interested in Salesforce stuff and you just landed from your planet, Chatter is like Facebook in your corporate CRM/database. You can post status updates, leave comments on other people's profile (think: wall). I posted on-topic comments in Groups and posted to profiles. No one uses it. I followed people.

I reached out to Farra through her LinkedIn profile. I did it in order of least traffic to most, making the Twitter and Facebook changes last. Facebook was another matter entirely. Unfortunately, my practice sessions revealed a sad fact: Facebook does not allow organizations to change their name. Let's Raise a Brand!
