Test the computers and software in the classroom before every training. Training is not a one-time event. You'll get new staff, staff will need to learn new things over time, and there will be new software releases. If you're training a lot of people, try to train in a classroom setting so everyone hears the same thing.

I've also had some odd experiences with the sync -- some events have looked fine in Outlook but have refused to show up in my Google calendar, which means they don't show up on the Pre, either. I had to delete those events and recreate them. Palm added a video camera feature with the last software upgrade. Dictionary.
