Evaluate this at least annually. Keep your account with your old processor open as long as the value of the donations (minus transaction costs) exceeds their fees. Develop a manual process for tracking and recording payments made using the old processor. When recurring donors come up for renewal, move them to the new processor.

Lame spam of the day: Instant Acrobat Upgrade

McAfee's site advisor says it's queued for evaluation. I also looked at the domain registration for instant-acrobat-upgrade.com and it's registered to someone in Oslo (actually, Oslo,Oslo,AF 0951) with a Yahoo email address. So I'm assuming this is malware. Sender: Adobe Acrobat Reader (northern_tool@newsletter.northerntool.com).
