Lame spams of the day: FedEx invoices

I got a dozen of these yesterday. Most of them showed the sender as "Milton Ballard" so hopefully they won't fool anyone. But the last one came from BillingOnline@fedex.com so it was slightly more convincing. The subject lines included: Please pay your outstanding Fedex invoice. New Fedex Invoice. Your Fedex invoice is ready to be paid now. Pay your Fedex invoice online.
