While Common Ground’s batch tool was far from perfect, a lot of organizations used it and relied on it. It runs separately inside of Salesforce but is not a separate download. The fields on the Add Contact record screen are also entirely customizable with an organization’s own preferred fields.

Apple, it’s time to move parental controls to the cloud

So it’s surprising to me that thus far, Apple has done little to help families organize their iLives. She tried to download an app on the iPhone and received a prompt to confirm security questions since it was the first time the store account was being used on that device. I see many families like ours.

There’s a great 3rd party app, Apsona , that has exception reporting built in but the reports generated by the app can only be downloaded or viewed in the app. Sounds simple on the surface, apparently not so easy to do. They can’t be added to a dashboard, for example.
