Google needs to stop treating support like it’s an add-on feature

Even though I work for Convio, Common Ground gets no special treatment. No difference. Email to the group worked somewhat. A list member read my plight on Google+ and circled in his cousin who works for Google in a completely different area. User, administrator, vendor, consultant. Doesn’t matter. I get that.

Post-PC and the new iPad: I get it now

I use a PC laptop for work. I have an iMac too that I used to use for my work at FightCRC that is about two years old. Is the iPad at the point that it can completely replace a laptop that is primarily used for communication, light work and entertainment? I can take it away, and it doesn’t make that much difference.
