A cancer-surviving grandma in Denmark re-posts and says “den bedste!”. Edna takes a picture of her niece in a t-shirt.-. She shares it with her friends to show she’s hip, cool, and with her niece. Friends “like” it. A Danish friend sees this and translates the image into three languages (she’s a“Charlie”). So the cycle continues. The results?

Last week, Techcrunch reported on a privacy disaster that exposed people's private messages suggesting Group Tweet was the cause. I'm an instructor for the Connected Futures Workshop which is about communities of practice and web2.0 It's a personal project for him.

It was amazing because the participants spanned the globe - literally - we had representatives from UK, Spain, Denmark, Asia, Austraila, and US. Right now there's a group of us trying to do some action learning about how to facilitate virtual collaborative work and learning in Second Life. I met with the group last week.
