The tool is primarily designed for individual donor gifts, but could be adapted for organization gifts depending on how rollups are set up and the fields that are added in the batch. There is no bird's eye view for an organization. People in charge of the organization can look across all projects. Here's a demo user I created and added to a project. Instead of listing the tasks on the left with bars across the dates, 5 pm put the task names right in the interface. Is that too much to ask?
