Need to leave Common Ground? Analyze first. Then react.

Judi Sohn

From the moment the end of Common Ground was announced, I’ve watched helplessly as two things happened: Organizations on Common Ground got angry (and a little panicked) and vendors and consultants who sell services and applications competitive to Common Ground seized opportunity. How to report on donors who became donors over time in Salesforce

Judi Sohn

In our organization, all contacts are in Salesforce regardless of whether or not they've ever given us a dime, directly or indirectly. We're good about making sure every contact in our database has the Lead Source field populated. I start out with a "I wonder if I could." Maybe they get our eNewsletter.
