My top 5 Salesforce/Common Ground administrator tips (as presented at the Convio Summit)

Turn on the Weekly Backup Setup -> Administration Setup -> Data Management -> Data Export. There are other tools for backing up Salesforce data that are far more robust. But this is simple, included with Salesforce, and doesn't require special software to read/use the data. We don't care.

Different logins, different purposes, different data…all coming together to work the way we need it when we need it. No data in the URL. It’s only meant to replace public forms, not collect data in the way that ClickTools does. Salesforce wants an arm and a leg for their data storage solution.
