Of course, we've seen something like this before. Company founder Mark Zuckerberg, wrong as he is about many things like privacy , has said that his goal with Facebook is to build empathy and connection between different people all around the world. On Wednesday, Facebook began rolling out a new feature:  Questions. The idea is simple.

Strangers : People who know nothing about you. Friends : People who like your organization or cause. Fans : People who LOVE your organization or cause. Strangers: People Who Know Nothing About You. Friends: People Who Like Your Organization. Tell stories about people like them, so they can see that they belong.

Which, of course, is why many people and many organizations don’t need blogs. Such is life. Blogging is old hat.
You can go buy any of a multitude of courses from the many companies that sell them. Can you spare the money to purchase a course, or can you assign a team of employees with the time to build one for you? But the downside to purchasing a course is that a good portion of it may not be relevant to your employees. Time and money.

Of course, one could also argue that if the bulk of your audience is from the baby boomer and older and you don't plan to reach out to younger people -- perhaps social networking sites are not the best Internet strategy for your organization.
