Google+ is definitely a work in progress. Most nonprofits are still experimenting to discover their Google+ voice and hone in on a frequency of publishing content to the stream that makes Google+ both viable long-term and worth the time spent exploring Google+. To me, the Google+ Stream feels like a mixture of Twitter and Facebook.
