Over 8 weeks this last fall, I had the privilege of working with NGOs from Afghanistan, Cambodia, Iraq, Lebanon and Syria, in a series of trainings that took place in Phnom Penh, Beirut and Istanbul. It was thought-provoking to work with Afghan NGOs in Cambodia. Past partners have included NGOs and nine truth commissions.
It's been almost two years since I had the opportunity to participate in the first Cambodia Blogging Summer.   At that time, Twitter was a place for very early adopters and I used it help get technology T-shirts to bring over the participants.  The site's helpful FAQ offers four ways that you can Tweet from Cambodia.

The whole giving competition thing is complicated and I am not sure it’s healthy. There is a mad scramble to get donations in a certain time period. Beth, you are really great at this.
