Which brings me to the reason why I love SlideShare ... SlideShare is a social networking site that lets you share Powerpoint presentations. upload and share powerpoint presentation (and screencasts) and we could remix each other's work - it would save us time and help build knowledge.
In fact, I have a " Remix This PowerPoint On Tuesday, I facilitated an introductory workshop on how nonprofits can use social media in Boston at the nonprofit technology conference and yet another remix of the curriculum wiki , presentation , and game designed by David Wilcox .

Today we'll talk about the category leader for posting and sharing PowerPoint presentations, SlideShare .
Since Since we're a consulting firm, we (and many of our clients) produce a lot of PowerPoints. We've used SlideShare actively for the last three years posting our better efforts, as well as presentations from many of the events we host. We recently described how we use social media at Forum One. Some of them are not too bad.

SlideShare is a site to host and share presentations. At last month's NetTuesday , Jonathan Boutelle, Co-founder and CTO of SlideShare gave a presentation on how Nonprofits can use SlideShare. I love SlideShare for many reasons that I've shared before. If would be great to have You can upload all your slide decks, and find download interesting presentations. It is another excellent example of "pivot" browsing, similar to del.icio.us

Anyway, this SlideShare version of Peter Deitz’s powerpoint presentation from yesterday’s webinar, Group Fundraising 101: From Benchmarks to Success Stories does a pretty excellent job of reviewing the current (and rapidly evolving) “Group fundraising” landscape.
Too much going on at the moment to blog consistently, which is a pity given that I’ve lots of things to say, regarding Facebook et al .

I HATE traditional powerpoint presentations, almost as much as I hate handouts that are just a printout of those crappy slides, so it was truly enlightening to be able to experiment with pictures and to find that people actually got a lot out of it.
