Last week at the InterAction Forum I had the pleasure of hearing Sam Graham-Felson , former director of blogging for the Obama Campaign talk about their strategy and success. First, let me say that I was stunned to learn that overall the campaign raised $750 million dollars(!!), $500 million of which was raised online. Use the word ?please?

It's only been a few days since the end of 2008, but I wanted to share some very early online giving trends from Blackbaud clients. Steady Annual Growth Organizations had steady growth in their online giving through the first and second quarters of 2008. December and June were the two largest months for online giving.
