Blogger relations (not to be confused with blogger's relationships like I'm describing above) that is blogger outreach came up as a topic in a workshop I did on social media and the arts last year.

For nonprofits, that means moving from the transactional to the constant relationships. As we discovered last week from looking at movement building , relationship building skills are really important. what does this type of relationship building look like in the weeds? Period. That is what they crave and appreciate the most.

For example, when my Facebook friends travel Peru, my birdwatching tour business is foremost in their mind because of the personal relationship we’ve created on Facebook. Salesforce lets you create these objects and relationships between them very easily. created three objects and related them together–in this case I made them master-detail relationships. Those strategic objectives are made up for this example, but you get the idea how daily work can roll up to why your organization exists.

Really cool stuff–man there are some smart people out there… f you look at the examples on the site, you’ll see that this toolkit can do an amazing number of different types of visualizations, including social networks, and geography-based stuff.
