who gave the keynote speech at UC Berkeley’s conference on law, ethics and technology, “ Social Networks: Friends or Foes? ,” complaints of hijacked accounts increased by one-third from 2007 to 2008.  really wanted to attend the " Social Networks Friend for Foe? at UC Berkeley earlier this month, but unfortunately had a conflict.   Yikes.
