This year, I consciously decided not to apply for the Atlanta NTC. got an e-certificate from United so my flight to Atlanta cost under $100 round trip. In 2005, I naively accepted an offer to run operations for a new nonprofit. I was always comfortable in technology, I was comfortable working with nonprofits.

NTEN is hoping to raise $10,000 from the nonprofit technology community again this year, and Convio is going to match those dollars to help get as many folks to #10NTC in Atlanta this April 8-10.  So, please join me in helping make the NTEN staff have some fun and support attendees who otherwise wouldn’t be able to make it to Atlanta.  Last year, NTEN created a scholarship fund program to help support many more people attend the Nonprofit Technology Conference.  Donations were matched by Convio and with over $10,000 raised by the community, we had fun at the largest-attended

Over 200 entries were submitted to the NTC conference scheduled for April 8-10 in Atlanta, Georgia. Now the public gets to help vote for which sessions in fundraising, communications, technology, programming, and leadership get featured at the conference and which ones get the ax. Voting runs through October 16 th and accounts for about 30% of NTC’s decision-making process.
