Plain text, no logo, and the From address is obviously not from the Federal Reserve (plus, why would the Federal Reserve Bank be contacting me about anything?). The details of the "transaction" differs on each message, but the text is basically the same as below.

Here's an article about a similar batch in 2007. They included an attachment called bbb_logo.jpg but no graphics in the message body. A friend posted about them on a listserve and said that clicking the link downloads a virus. This scam has been around for a while. Version 1: Sender: ::Better Business Bureau:: (support@bbb.org).
