I'd also invite people to look into Ajax and related approaches when they are updating the interactive parts of their website to move their ecommerce look and feel forward. Wikis or Writely can certainly be more efficient. Despite what I report in the paragraph above, I'm still an evangelist for nonprofit blogging.
