3) Find resources to build your skills, and give them time every week: webinars, listservs, online classes, books, etc. I buy my software (for clients) at techsoup.org and ccb nonprofits (the latter sell Adobe products and hardware). It’s easy and cheap, accessible from anywhere, and will help you define your work. (3)
