It will be published by McGraw-Hill in New York City and is scheduled to hit bookstores, Amazon and e-readers in Fall 2011. That said, I have to postpone many of my upcoming webinars to 2011, and throughout most of 2011 my webinars will go from being offered weekly to only twice per month. That’s right!
