In January 2010, we got agreement from our organization leadership to take a closer look at our brand and messaging. We signed a contract to have a Brandraising in March 2010, and it was complete and presented to us by the end of June 2010. I did it in order of least traffic to most, making the Twitter and Facebook changes last.
