I’m discouraged by the amount of time many nonprofits are spending on new tools (like Facebook and Twitter), which may or may not work for fundraising, at the expense of optimizing their own sites! First, I think organizations should take are real close look at Facebook groups. Clicktivism is part of the puzzle but only one part.
