Marc Andreessen, who is, of late, connected to Ning, has a great blog entry with details. Google has a number of partners, including social network sites like LinkedIn, Friendster and Ning, as well as Salesforce, which does have very interesting implications given the increasing use of Salesforce in the nonprofit sector.

The Strategy by David Neff of Ridgewood: Ingenious Communication Strategies If 2009 was the year everyone and their mom jumped into the social media pool, then 2010 is the year of strategy. Get them on Facebook and Twitter. Be proactive.

Her honors thesis from UCBerkeley won the Ronald Frankenberg Prize and the Sylvia Forman Prize from the American Anthropological Association; it was also published in the 2010 Project Censored Journal.

Elgg, a LAMP(hp) project, started it’s life as a learning platform with social network features, but has transmorgrified into a social network platform with learning features.
