My 2009 resolution: get my blogging voice back. My attention has been divided between Twitter, Facebook and now my latest addiction, Ravelry. 2009 represents a fresh start. I haven’t really gone anywhere. As such, my blog has been neglected. I’m not that sorry to say goodbye to 2008. That’s how I feel today.

Google needs to stop treating support like it’s an add-on feature

I’ve been co-moderator of the group since 2009. I sent out pleas for help on Twitter and Google+. Nonprofit Salesforce Practitioners (NPSF) is a 6 year-old Google Group now with over 1700 members, averaging around 300 messages a month. User, administrator, vendor, consultant. Doesn’t matter. The group is fixed now.

A few days ago, Representative Kay Granger of Texas and Patrick Kennedy of Rhode Island introduced HR 1189, Colorectal Cancer Prevention, Early Detection, and Treatment Act of 2009 and we’re doing everything we can through our Cover Your Butt campaign to get this legislation off the ground.
