My overall predictions are that most things will be pretty much the same as last year (and 2010 and 2009, etc.): many nonprofits will struggle with out-of-date systems. By all means, try new things.

Using SwebApps.com , I quickly threw together and launched an iPhone App for Nonprofit Tech 2.0 in the fall of 2009. Then when searching for “nonprofit&# Apps in iTunes last month, I was surprised to see that the Nonprofit Tech 2.0 of all smartphone App downloads in 2009 were iPhone Apps.
