The 2011 Nonprofit Social Network Benchmark Report provides some incredible data on how 11K+ nonprofits are using social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Facebook usage levels are at 89% with nonprofits versus only 57% usage of Twitter. The study also answers the biggest question on everyone's mind.
