At the Arc of the US Convention in Albuquerque in 2009 you could count them on one hand. Verizon Support contacted me through Twitter to see if they could help. They have a staff person whose only job is to monitor social media sites like Twitter to help their customers – and this person had read my tweet. First, I want to acknowledge that there are now 83 Arc-related groups on Twitter . That’s impressive adoption of this emerging technology in the past 16 months.
