Most people agree that Bitcoin was in some ways a reaction to the financial crash of 2008 and sort of this pervasive distrust of the banking system and global finance. They’re trying to get a bank charter there in Wyoming, and then Gemini who Engiven is partnered with, and they are in New York. So it was pushed out in 2009.
