I had the distinct pleasure recently of working again on a Kintera driven website. don't mean to pick on Kintera - lots of systems are similarly maddening.

think they’ve started getting more wins for BBNC lately although it’s going to be interesting to see how this will all match up with Kintera’s CMS as well. believe BBNC to be the most open part of Blackbaud’s core applications (discounting their acquisitions of eTapestry and Kintera here).
