As a remotely managed organization, we relied on the cloud to help run C3 until we leased our own office space in Alexandria, Virginia in 2007. Operationally, C3 has standardized around Salesforce's Force.com which we started using in 2006, and Google Apps which we started using in early 2008. Didn't happen.
